Just posted a quick video that shows how to use the LT's on-board editing to set it up to control a Mini Effect Gizmo and some MIDI enabled pedals:

I found some errors in the video, in the Device PC-/PC+ editing section:
When editing the Device PC- and PC+ buttons for Strymon pedals, the CC Active Value should be set to 127 and the CC Bypass Value should be set to 0. This will become the default in future LT firmware, but in the video it was reversed.
When editing the buttons to control Eventide pedals, you can use the same CC values as above, but use CC number 18 (Active) instead of CC number 10 (Bypass) that's shown in the video.
If you have the numbers reversed, you'll know, because the pedals will be bypassed when they're supposed to be active and vice-versa.
