Help Me think this THrough - Rack Gizmo wiring Question

Is there a way that I could wire my two stereo FX processors in parallel using only the Rack Gizmo/RG-16 if the only thing running through the RG are the two FX processors in an amp's loop without having to use a line mixer? (I have no FX pedals in my rig). Maybe y cables to split the dry signal?

PS - I have two rigs, and already am running a RJM Mini Line Mixer in one Amp Gizmo. I just don't want to drop another $200 when i have so many open slots in my back-up rig with an RG-16 switcher.
 
The key word here is "parallel". You can't do parallel without some kind of mixer. You can't combine signals using Y cables (although it's usually fine to split them using Y cables).
