How to Create Multiple 'Global' Presets

I use a board - with PBC/10 - that's designed for both acoustic and electric playing. What I'm trying to do is to create multiple Global presets with one 'Global' button, so that whatever instrument I'm playing - acoustic, Strat, Tele, Les Paul, etc. - I can access totally different 'Globals' for each instrument. Just a simple 'HOLD' function on a 'Global' button isn't sufficient, as I need at least 3 - and 4 much better - versions of 'Global,' for the above-mentioned instruments!

It seems, due to the incredible flexibility of MMEditor and PBC/10, that there are A LOT of ways to attempt this, but I bet there's 'the best way.' So, what is the best way? Is it best to try to use the IA Cycle function?

Other ideas or comments from anyone?

The first question I have is - what does "global preset" mean to you? What do you need it for?

And, how are you managing all the other presets you have? Are there different presets per instrument?
