How to send MSB, LSB and PC messages

What is the easiest way to program MSB, LSB and PC messages to control an external midi device?

Via presets. When setting up presets via the editor, you can set a PC for each device you have configured. As far as MSB/LSB, that's per device.

Thanks, dougc84, but I want to input the actual MSB and LSB data directly into the pedal.

If for some reason the preset PC message functionality isn't what you want, you'll have to send the MSB, LSB and PC messages individually as three actions:

Send CC #0 for MSB
Send CC #32 for LSB
Then send the PC
