How to turn off/on the midi clock?

Hi guys! Tell me please how to appoint the button on the off/on of the midi clock. I have the Infinity looper. Sometimes I want to turn off the tap tempo to play in real time. I need to turn on/off the midi clock not on the certain preset but on the whole song. PBC10 must not send the midi clock on the Infinity looper but if this function is impossible only with Infinity looper it's neccessary to turn off/on the midi clock totally on any other device. This button must turn off/on this function.

Use a System / BPM action. set the value to Off. That will shut off the MIDI clock output.
