IA Cycle Control for Amp Channel

I am attempting to use IA Cycle for channel selection of my GrandMeister 36. I attached some snapshots of my settings. It mostly works but I cannot select the clean channel for some reason. It cycles through the 2-4 channels and then the button turns BLUE?
