Imposible update my two mastermind pbc. don't read the flash drive

Hi. I feel so desperate. I got two mastermind pbc. none of them recognize the original flash drive. I have got two more. one 32GB 3.2 and another 128 GB 3.0. impossible update. it stops in "connect a flash drive ".
 
In addtion to the things I posted in response to your helpdesk ticket, also try both possibilities:

1). Connect the flash drive, then power up the GT with the two buttons held
2). Power up the GT with the two buttons, held, then connect the flash drive
