Instant On/Off on Preset Page

Just wondering is that possible to have instant loop on off assigned on Preset pages?

Sure, any button can be assigned to any function using the editor software. For example, If you want to turn the Function button into a button that controls Loop 1, go to the Buttons tab, right-click on the representation of the Function button and in the menu that pops up, select Assign CC > Internal > Loop 1. That's it!
