local second page

Hi all, I have a new challenge, I'm sure it is possible but I'm still puzzling..
I would like to have a button on my global (home) page that takes me to a local page per preset.
I may have to create the same first "global" local page for every preset where this button is different for every preset but is it possible to take me to the 'second" local page...?
Is my question clear?
I hope you have thoughts about this, would love to hear.

There's only one local page available per preset. Your first page should only need a button that recalls page 16, and that will recall the current preset's local page, regardless of what preset you're on.
