Hey all,
I've been running all my effects before the preamp of my Mark V for quite some time. Thought I'd try out the effect loop instead to see what I prefer. Everything was routed correctly, I set the loop to active on the amp and made sure the send level was turned up but the pedals in the effect loop were not part of my signal output for some reason...
I disconnected the insert cable on the Chan 2/3 outputs on the Mark V (running to the Func SW 1/2 on the PBC) and connected the Mesa footswitch instead. All started working fine at that point. It appears that the effect loop disengages itself when using the Chan 2 /3 outputs on the amp to the PBC..
Is anyone aware of this issue and is there any workaround?
Cheers,
Derek.
