"no preset" on the Display

Hello and a great day to the community.
It seems that I have a bigger problem.
This morning the display said "no preset", all other displays are black.
When I connect the PC, the Mastermind GT 16 is not recognized.
I really need help.

Sounds like settings are corrupted, or you have an empty setlist loaded in an earlier firmware release. If you're not running 4.5.1, try upgrading to it (you should still be able to do a firmware upgrade using a flash drive). If that doesn't work, you'll need to wipe the settings:
