Opposite Instant Access

I have recently purchased an Eventide H9. When I assign a midi CC to bypass the unit the lights on the mastermind and the H9 work opposite each other. In other words H9 in bypass the light is off while the Mastermind IA light will be on. This is the only effect that does this. How do I solve this.

The H9 has a "Bypass" CC and an "Active" CC, which are the inverse of each other - if you're using Bypass, switch to using Active, or vice-versa.
