Patch saving oddness

So, I've been using the PBC a lot over the last couple of weeks as the band rehearses up for it's first shows of the years. I currently have the first patch setup with loops 1,7,10 being on, but every time I power up the PBC, loops 1,7,8,9,10 are on. Not a huge deal as I flip it over to loop mode, turn off 8,9, save and it's fine for the rest of the rehearsal but, I know that next time I power it up...

Any idea what could cause this? thanks!

So, I did install the upgraded firmware, and the updated editor, and alas, the same behaviour, HOWEVER, there's a weird quirk to it that I didn't notice before. When the PBC first powers up, it comes up on 001, with the mis-set loops. If I then select 001 again, it goes to the proper loop setup. Very odd I'll email you the file, I'm betting user error again, myself.
