    Hi!

When running line level signal into loops 7-10 (in parallel), is it necessary to turn on audio buffers 2 and 3?

    Thanks

Because the signal is being split for the parallel connection, buffer 2 is helpful. But, if the incoming signal is already well buffered, you might not need it. You don't need buffer 3 as much, it's most helpful when using all of the loops in front of an amp - buffer 3 includes another click stopper. I always recommend trying it with the buffers on and buffers off, and choose whichever sounds better to you.
