PBC/6X Screen not Working / Acting Wonky

Hey guys. I got my PBC/6X last week and I love it! But a few days ago I started having some problems with it. Has anyone experienced their PBC/6X just bug out? All of the sudden my screen has quit working and I cant select anything. Ive tried rebooting and reinstalling the firmware and editor. I've got a support ticket in but seeing as its the weekend I wouldn't expect to hear anything until Monday which is fine. But I need to use my PBC in the morning so does anyone have a possible solution? Thanks yall.

I have the same problem sometimes. I just hold down 1 and 3 to come to settings, and then exit. But it comes back sometimes. Strange.
Are you on 4.3?
