PBC + Extra Mini Line Mixer

Been using an extra mini line mixer with my PBC to create a parallel drive setup before using the parallel FX section in loops 7-10. I have been using this setup for awhile now. Has been working great until today, here's the setup:

GTR to PBC IN
Loop 1 Out to Klon KTR (no return to PBC but returns to a RJM Mini Line Mixer)
Loop 2 Out to Analogman Prince of Tone (no return to PBC but returns to a RJM Mini Line Mixer)
Loop 3 Out to Vemuram Jan Ray (no return to PBC but returns to a RJM Mini Line Mixer)
Loop 4 RTN from Mini Line Mixer

So I've been using other pedals in Loop 2 prior to today. Today, I got a new Analogman Prince of Tone. Every time I kick it on with any of the other two drives the volume drops dramatically. By itself it sounds great - but if you add it with anything else the signal gets phasey/volume drop.

I've tried toggling all the buffers on the PBC and that hasn't helped. Again, it worked with other pedals prior to today.

Any thoughts?!
 
I'm guessing the Prince of Tone's output is out of phase. To fix it, you'd need to put something after the pedal to get its phase back to normal.
