PBC Strymon Timeline Function Switch Tap Tempo

hello, anybody have info in the setup to make button 6 in preset mode send Tap tempo info to a Timeline? My Timeline is already connected via midi for preset changes. I just want to have a PBC button ready for on the go Tap tempo changes. Thanks!

The fastest way is to go into the setup menu on the PBC itself, and select Function Button, then select Tap Tempo.

Or, in the editor, edit the button, set Type to IA. Turn off all checkboxes except Flash W Tempo and Update on Preset Change, which should be on. If there are any actions in the action list at the bottom left, remove them.

Then (regardless of which method you used), go into MIDI settings and set MIDI Clock to Master.
