PBC Switching Issue

Hey I just got my PBC and trying to get everything set up. One issue I'm running into is that while on the preset page I hit the preset 1 button but instead on engaging preset 1 it goes to the loops button page. I checked everything on the Editor and the button looks the same as the other preset buttons which work fine. I don't know what's going on can someone please help?
 
Hi Robbie, I've had this same problem before except the preset sending me to the switches page. Ron helped me out and sent me this...

Edit the button that you use to jump to the (edit for Robbie) LOOPS page. Turn Update on Preset Change and Send on Preset Change OFF, and turn Momentary ON. This will prevent the button from saving its state to a preset and triggering automatically.
