Pbc10 LED Light

Hey Ron.
I just purchased pbc10 and was excited about it, but then the led lights do not turn on somehow. The previous owner said it worked perfectly but I am not sure why it does not work. Is it due to power supply?

What are you trying to power it with? The supply needs toby 9V or 12VDC with at least 500mA capacity.

I used 1spot pro 9V 500mA. But I will try to power it with zuma later see if it works.

Hey Ron, I tried to power it with zuma and still did not work. Is there any reasons why it does not turn on?

Without any other information to go on, I'd have to say that it likely needs repair.

Hello... in your configuration file are the LEDs marked with any color or black?

If the LEDs are marked "black" they will not light up... it would be nice to check this...

Yeah the display works fine.

Can you enter setup mode? Hold the 1 and 3 buttons for 3 seconds to get in there. If that works, select System Functions, then Factory Reset. See if that changes anything.
