PBC10 question

Hello all. I used PBC10 for about 1 year in different setups, all 4CM with various heads( JCM800, Hamstead 60+) and all worked nice. Yesterday I got a JTM45 from Thomann and here comes my question: is there any specific setting I should do for front of the amp setup? I compared guitar-cable-JTM45 with guitar-cable-Pbc10 Input-PBC10 output A - cable -JTM45 and in the second setup the amp is way more distorted than the first one, like a booster is enabled. All 3 buffers are off and all loops are off, dry is on.
Any suggestions please?

If all loops and buffers are turned off, then the PBC10 should have no effect at all. What does it do if you run into In 1-4 and out of Out 5-6 into your amp? And if you run into In 7-10 and out Output A?
