I currently have an RG-16, an Amp Gizmo and an Effect Gizmo (that I will soon be selling to buy MEG's for my pedalboard). I have only used the Mastermind with these units and they work just fine storing global presets. I am thinking about getting a foot controller that has more than five presets per bank. Is there a maximum number that these units will see? If say, I were using an All Access or a CAE RS-16, would the switchers see 16 presets per bank? I'm guessing they would but I just want to be sure.

All of our switchers support the MIDI maximum of 128 presets. The number of presets per bank on the footswitch doesn't affect that in any way - the switcher is never informed what bank your footswitch is currently on, it only receives a preset number.
There's a potentially confusing exception: If your MIDI controller has support for MIDI bank selection, which is very different than the bank up/down selection on your average MIDI controller, you can access 256 presets.
