Quick PBC/6X FN Switch Questions

When making presets in the editor and using the FN switch to change channels on my amp, Does FN switch 1 denote the clean channel and FN Switch 2 the OD channel ? So if I want a clean preset select FN Switch 1 etc. ? What happens if both FN Switches 1 & 2 are selected ? The amp is a Mesa Fillmore 50 and it has two channels with a 1 button foot switch to switch between them.

Function switches correspond to the action buttons on the footswitch, more or less. The Fillmore has a 1-button footswitch, so only function switch 1 will do anything. When function switch 1 is off, the amp should be on the clean channel. When it's on, the amp should be on the dirty channel. (If it's reversed, you can turn on the Invert setting on the function switch to fix it).
