RJM PCB/6X Sends PC + 255

Whenever I push a new update to my RJM, it'll default out my midi on some channels to 255. What is happening here, and how can I stop it?
 
If your PCs are coming out too high, especially by a multiple of 128 (+/-1), that's a MIDI bank issue. Do you have any buttons or expression pedals that happen to be sending CC#0 or CC#32? That would cause a new MIDI bank to be selected.
