The goal is to run 2 amps with their effects loops.
Amps: Mesa Mark v:25 | Mesa mini recto

PBC:
Guitar input > Loop 7-10 > out A| out B front of the amps

Effects loop Amp 1 send into>In1-4>Out 1-4 > Amp 1 return

Effects loop Amp 2 send into> In Loop 5-6>Out 5-6> Amp 2 return


Do you see any problem with this?
I've seen other solution that required purchasing Additional switching device but in theory the above route could work?
 
That should work, however you may need an isolation transformer to fix a ground loop.
