How do I set up my toe switch to turn on a specific preset w/in the H9? I'd like to have it turn on the WAH preset, like a cry baby.

First thing I have to ask: is it the RJM-SP1 model? The standard SP1 isn't going to work.
 
The above is for configuring the expression pedal itself, I just realized. For the switch, right click on the top external switch in the Buttons tab, select Assign CC > Axe-Fx III > Wah 1. (This assumes that you're plugging the 2nd output of the RJM-SP1 into Ext Switch 1/2 on the GT).
