Stereo pedals mono sum

I am planning on connecting a VOX AC15 to the PBC with out A going to the normal channel and out B going to the top boost channel. Then I can create presets that use either channel or both. If I have a couple of stereo efx in loops 7-10 can I switch per preset from the pedals out in stereo left to out a and right to out b and mono sub of the stereo pedals to either out a or out b?
 
Unfortunately, that's not a programmable option. There's a switch on the rear that switches the two outputs from mono (A and B) and stereo (left and right). In mono, the A and B outputs are normally taken from the left side of the stereo signal, but the PBC can be modified to mix down the left and right outputs when set to mono.
 
I'm don't need to have my PBC modified to sum to mono, yet... but if I ever get to that point, how much does it cost to get you to do the modification?
