sustained midi notes?

I am using a momentary IA button to send midi notes, but I cannot get the notes to sustain while the button is held. Is this possible to do?

Are you using a momentary button or a momentary action? You should use only one or the other. Generally, I would recommend using a momentary button. If you use a momentary action on a normal button, the LED will still turn on and off every other time you press it.

If that doesn't do it, have a look at your synth and make sure it's set to sustain notes.
