Switch Midi Clock On/Off by Foot

Is there a possibility to Switch Midi Clock Master/Slave/Off by Foot?
I am remote controlling a Roland TR8 by Foot and also syncing a TC Ditto X4 to those Beats, but when I want to used the TC Ditto X4 without Midi Clock Sync I have to unplug the Midi Cable because it stays in Midi Sync Mode as long as it receives Midi Clock.
If there would be an option to Turn the Midi Clock On and Off by Foot, it would make things easier.

Does anyone know if there is a way to do that?

Or should I post a feature request?

Currently, the only way to do that is to switch to a preset that has a tempo of 0. Actions that turn tempo on or off are on the to do list.
