Syncing problem on 4.7

I'm having an issue on 4.7 where:
I read my settings from the device
I make edits on the computer to setlists, create songs, etc.
and after I write the changes to the device, my songs in a setlist are 1 song below of what I made them on the computer.

For instance, if I choose song 1, song 5, and song 7 in a setlist on my computer.
I load it onto the device, but the device has songs, 2, 6, and 8. So I have to manually go backward on the device to fix this.

Can you describe exactly the process you're following?

I loaded up your file and edited the first setlist, setting the first three songs to songs 1, 5 and 7. I sent changes to the device and used bank up / bank down to page through the songs and found that the songs I selected in the editor were the ones that were recalled. Does this not work for you?
