USB-A Power

Hello,

I'm wondering how much current the MMGT10 can supply out of it's USB-A connector. I have a Keith McMillen 12 Step that would be nice to power from the MMGT10 and avoid running USB cables to my board. The maximum current draw is ~150mA@5V. The MMGT10 is currently powered by the RJM Phantom Power Box. Any advice appreciated as always.

Thank you!

Assuming that the GT's power supply is sufficient, it can supply up to 500mA from its USB A port. If you're using the included 3000mA supply with a GT10, that's more than enough to give that controller 150mA.

Excellent, thanks so much for the reply! Cheers!

Hi Ron, does that mean you could power an LT from the GT USB port??
