Using my PBC to switch channels on Syn2?

Midi out to Syn2 then?
To start I just want to switch the 2 channels on the 2 modules I have coming today, so 1st 4 buttons on PBC would be assigned to access each mode on the 2 modules, thanks!

The fastest way to set it up is to set it up as a Generic device with the correct MIDI channel. If the Syn2 is in the factory state, the default MIDI channel is #1.

Then, program four presets: select preset 1 on the PBC, make sure channel 1A is selected on the Syn2, then hold the channel select button on the Syn2 for 3 seconds until the lights flash. Select preset 2 on the PBC, make sure channel 2A is selected on the Syn2 and hold the channel button again. Repeat for presets 3 and 4, selecting channel 2A and 2B on the Syn2.

This is the most basic setup, but will get you started. You can build on it from there.
