Using Nixie via PBC10

Hi there, hopefully someone will be able to help me out with this.
I used to be able to detect my Timeline and BigSky via USB connection through the PBC10.
After adding a Mobius today, Nixie can't seem to detect the Strymon pedals anymore.
Nixie kept prompting 'Device scan complete. Nothing detected'.
I'm using Nixie v1.0.0.3.

I've followed the steps here but still can't get it to work.

Is there any step I might have missed out?

(Pretty sure the MIDI cables are working as I'm able to send tap info from Selah Quartz to both my Timeline and Mobius with no issues via the PBC.)

If you tried everything here:https://rjmmusic.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/245938 and it still doesn't work I would check the Mobius settings and/or contact Strymon, they're generally really helpful.
