Wet Dry Rig using A & B outputs

Is it possible to have the PBC send the effects signal from the Parallel Fx Loop to output B and the dry signal to output A ? I only run the last two loops 9 and 10 mono into the Parallel Fx loop.
I thought of using a dummy mono to stereo return cable that only sends the mono FX signal to output B and nothing to output A ? But then output B would receive both the wet and dry signal, ARGGG!!
Any solutions besides getting rid of the two effects in loops 7 & 8?

To do that, you would need to sacrifice loop 8, and you would need a lot of specialized cables.

Send 8 would have to be a mono to stereo converter cable that goes back into return 8.
Then, in loops 9 and 10, the sends and returns would split to left and right connectors. The left send needs to connect to the left return, and the right send goes to the effect input. The effect output goes to right return.

Loop 8 needs to be on at all times.
