I whish to use a Line 6 HX effects in one loop in a 4 cable method while still using analog pedals in other locations.
IS there a diagram or detailed explanation somewhere on how to do that ?

I don’t have a diagram handy, but basically, you connect the HX effects as if it were 2 effects.

PBC loop A send to HX input
PBC loop A return to HX send
PBC loop B send to HX return
PBC loop B return to HX output

Where loop A and loop B are any loops on the PBC.

Make sure to include the “FX Loop” block in your HX effect presets, otherwise everything in between loop A and loop B will be skipped.

Thank you very much ! Maybe I am missing something but Idon't see how that sends anything to the amp's effects loop ? The idea here is to be able to have the drives from the HX in front fo the amp while sending delays and reverbs to the effects loop of thamplifier...
I must be missing something.

O.K.
Tuus far I have according to your suggestion :
Loop A = loop1
Loop B = loop 6
Out 1-5 goes tofront of amp
Amp send to return 1-5
Output A to amp return

That allows me to split the HX as wanted but I would like to setup a wet/dry system while splitting the HX and sending only a clean signal to the wet amp

I am lost
If you can help. Anyone ?

If you want two independent signal paths, then it'll need to be something like this:

Loop 1 send to HX Return (this splits the clean signal to go to the wet side)
Loop A send to HX input
Loop A return to HX send
Output 1-4 or Output 7-10 to dry amp input
HX output to In 5-6 or In 7-10
Output A to wet amp input

Turning on loop 1 enables the wet amp.

nothing in the HX return ? not getting any signal to wet amp...

Loop 1 send goes to HX Return, that's where the unaffected signal comes from. And, loop 1 send needs to be turned on all the time (at least, it always needs to be turned on when you want something coming out of wet cab).
